My name is Fiammetta, which in Italian means “little flame”.
I believe names are never a coincidence — I believe they carry a frequency, a calling.
Mine reflects my very essence.
It’s the spark that lights the way in moments of darkness — the soft yet steady fire we all carry within, even when we forget it’s there..

Most people call me Fia, a short and intimate version of my name that I’ve come to embrace fully.
It holds within it a deeper essence:
FIA – Flow Into Awareness — the path I walk with others and the invitation I extend to those ready to reconnect with themselves.

I was born in Rome, the Eternal City, and I carry in my bones the ancient wisdom of that land.
For over a decade, I lived in Venezuela, a country that shaped my soul through the rhythm of the Caribbean, the sacredness of daily life, and the deep resilience of the human heart.
All of this — the European roots and Latin warmth — lives within my work.

I’m a certified Counselor, a third-generation Medium, and a guide in evolutionary journeys of awakening, healing, and soulful integration.
For more than ten years, I’ve walked alongside women and men navigating moments of deep transformation — those threshold times when the mind no longer has answers, but the heart begins to ask deeper questions.

My work is to create safe, authentic, and non-judgmental spaces where you can explore who you are, heal invisible wounds, and emerge with new eyes and empowered tools.
